Meet Envista’s Newest Additions!

Alexander McReynolds, CFEI, IAAI-FIT

Senior Consultant, Fire & Explosion (Denver, CO)

Alexander is a Senior Fire Consultant who comes to Envista with over six years of experience in fire safety and investigation. He began his career in the New Mexico Army National Guard and served as a corrections officer before beginning his career in the fire space. Alexander is a Licensed Private Investigator in the New Mexico and Texas, and is a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Fun Fact: One of the most interesting investigations I've worked on was a fire in a small village near Albuquerque called Los Ranchos de Albuquerque. A small fire started in a workshop and traveled about 100 yards to a residence that was heavily damaged. There was almost no damage between the workshop and house. Turned out that cotton from cottonwood trees caught fire and it went to the house extremely quickly leaving almost no evidence.

Greg Salmons, MBA, IAAI-CFI, ECT, NAFI-CFEI

Consultant, Fire & Explosion (Columbus, OH)

Greg is a Consultant with over 30 years of fire investigation experience. He is a current board member of the Kentucky Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators and is a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators. Greg earned his MBA from Thomas More College in Kentucky and has served in various roles including Assistant Chief and Captain at the City of Covington Fire Department, conducting origin and cause investigations and managing a team of six other fire investigators. Greg also has a background in fire suppression system evaluations and insurance claims relating to fire damage.

Fun Fact: As a child, I always aspired to be a Firefighter.

Liz Miller, PE

Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Chicago, IL)

Liz is a Project Engineer with over 12 years of experience in structural design consulting. She has worked as a design engineer in the nuclear power industry and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Illinois. Throughout her design career, she has designed and inspected numerous structures and structural components composed of concrete, steel, and masonry. She has also worked extensively on rigging and heavy-load move projects with a focus on requirements inside or above nuclear safety-related components or structures. Liz has provided on-site support in both the pre-design and installation support for many projects and is experienced in performing walk-downs and inspections in radioactively contaminated areas.

Fun Fact: My favorite part about being an engineer is that I am constantly learning new things and solving problems.

Michael Brundige, EIT

Project Consultant, Mechanical (Detroit, MI)

Michael is a Project Consultant with over 15 years of engineering and consulting experience. He has a strong background in electromechanical system design, industrial automation, manufacturing, and consulting. Michael also has expertise in machine design and programming, root cause analysis, and investigational interviewing.

Fun Fact: As a child, sometime around the end of elementary school, my aspirations of Elevator Operator gave way to the slightly less button-centric idea of engineering skis and ski equipment.

Mick Kalebic

Senior Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Sydney, AUS)

Mick is a Senior Project Engineer with over 31 years of experience as a structural design engineer. Mick possesses construction management skills as well as structural experience from his background in working on multimillion-dollar renovation projects. Mick earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the University of Sydney and then his Master of Engineering Science from the University of New South Wales.

Fun Fact: One of the most interesting investigations I've worked on was a two-level brick building that had water damage from a tap leak, with two side walls failing and falling outwards. The owner kept two side walls from falling outward by using lots of wire strands tied together. Once I inspected it, I evacuated the building ASAP and called a local council. The building was demolished. I provided evidence that the leak caused by the unrepaired leak destroyed the building.

Sarah Anderson, PE

Project Engineer, Civil/Structural (Denver, CO)

Sarah is a Project Engineer with over seven years of experience in structural engineering across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. She is knowledgeable in the analysis, design, and construction of numerous building materials and systems, including wood, steel, concrete, and masonry. Sarah has been involved in various stages of the building life cycle from conceptual design to construction support of new structures, and assessment and retrofit of existing and historic structures. She is also a licensed Professional Engineer in two states.

Fun Fact: As a child, I wanted to be a Veterinarian.
